Joanna Waddington MBE
Director
Joanna is the founder and leader of Majibu and has over 25 years’ experience living and working with local NGOs in East Africa.
Joanna’s skills include strengthening local leadership and organisational systems, research and monitoring and evaluation and developing and replicating effective programmes. She has worked with multiple international donors, research institutions, corporations and individual and family philanthropists, building relations and fostering partnerships for increased opportunity and advocacy.

Kennedy Wanyoni
Consultant - Digital Data Analysis
Over 10 years’ experience working with local and international NGOs and the UN in East Africa as a statistical analyst on project evaluations and impact analysis.

William Harnden
Consultant - Financial Sustainability
Over 15 years’ experience, working with the UN, international and local NGOs, and within the UK charity sector. Extensive experience working with local NGOs to develop financial sustainability.

Greg Paprika
Consultant - Governance and M&E
Over 20 years’ experience in governance, law and monitoring and evaluation, working with the UN and international and local NGOs, strengthening Governance and accountability.

Helen Fairclough
Philanthropy Advisor
Over 20 years’ experience working in major donor fundraising, advising high level philanthropists, designing and directing major fundraising and developing long-term committed philanthropic giving.
